How accurate is a pregnancy test 30 days after sex?

Period is irregular and can't determine when is the next period. Tested negative 30 days after sex. Is this accurate?
Should I test again after a week to be sure?
Note:30 days after sex, not 30 days after period.

Yes, it should be after 30 days
